Spray yourself prior to going outside and re-apply up to every 30 minutes. Can also be used on your pet and around your home to help deter insects. It will not kill the insects just deter them. Use your chosen essential oils combined with a carrier oil and massage into your skin. Apply essential oils neat to cotton wool and place them in corners of your house and/or under pets mattresses to help deter insects and/or fleas.
