The molluscum virus enters the body through hair follicles, scratches/cuts, and tiny breaks in the skin resulting in localised infection.
Molluscum is a skin virus.
After infection molluscum bumps will begin to grow after an incubation period of two to eight weeks. Molluscum begins as tiny pin-sized white/pearly bumps often in clusters of several up to hundreds. They are difficult to see in this initial stage.
Suggested Treatment (click here general treatment techniques): Blend 5 drops of Clove Bud Oil with 2 drops of Sandalwood Oil into 10mls of Almond (or other carrier oil) and apply twice daily. Alternatively use 6 drops of Oregano oil into 10mls Almond Oil and apply twice daily.
