Spritz/Toner

Uses:
To tone skin and close pores after cleansing.  Hydrates and refreshes skin - great for travel.

Ingredients:
10 drops Lavender essential oil and either - 40mls Lavender Water OR 40mls Witch hazel.

Application:
Mix ingredients into bottle and spray or wipe onto face after cleansing. Leave on skin and apply moisturiser if desired. Shake well before each use.

Acne

Moisturiser to help reduce acne

Ingredients:
10mls Grapeseed Oil
5 drops Bergamot
6 drops NZ Manuka
2 drops Palmarosa (optional - good for cell renewal)

Application:

Use a toning spritz of 10 drops Lavender, 20mls Witch hazel before using your your moisturiser.

For your moisturiser mix the above ingredients into glass jar or bottle. Apply at night after cleansing and toning.

Direct Application to Acne Spots

Use expertly blended: Acne Assist blend OR use NZ Manuka neat onto spots to help kill bacteria and stop the spread of infection.

 

Night Time Facial Oil

Ingredients:
Half cup Almond Oil
3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Water
3-4 drops Lavender (or other essential oils to suit your skin type - see acne, dry skin in the "ailments" section)

Application:
Mix the almond oil with the apple cider vinegar. Add the water slowly mixing all the time, until a smooth texture forms (a bit like salad dressing). Add the essential oil(s). Shake each night before use. You can also add some Rosehip Seed Oil for extra moisturising and cell replenishing)
A low cost very effective night cream. We all know apple cider vinegar is good for us. Try it on your skin - you will love it once you are used to the slightly strange feeling and smell!

 

Scrub

Uses:
To remove dirt and dead skin cells that can block pores - this leads to infection on the skin.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons ground Almonds (crushed in a  kitchen wiz or coffee grinder)
1 Tablespoon raw egg white
4 drops Lemon oil

Application:
Mix all ingredients together, put a small amount into the palm of your hand and apply to wet face. Rub over your face, rinse with plenty of water. Then dap the face with a Lavender Spritz

Make up Remover

Uses:
Although it may seem counter intuitive to use an oil to cleanse your skin it actually works to dissolve dirt and makeup while maintaining the natural balance of your skin.

Ingredients:

Almond Oil

Application:
Simply apply the oil to a cotton pad to remove eye makeup.

    The spritz toner – what else are the ingredients besides the oil drops please?
